Single-row cylindrical roller bearings have rollers in linear contact with the raceways. They have a high radial load capacity and are suitable for high speeds. Parallel bore, nj type design have two integral flanges, on the outer ring and one on the inner ring. They can accommodate axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction only. These bearings are used to locate the shaft axially in one direction and can be used together with an appropriate angle ring to stabilize the bearing in the other axial direction. Brass cage delivers extra strength and durability in the most unrelenting conditions. Such as extreme shock loads, high vibration, high forces due to acceleration.
