Insert, Ball Bearing, Eccentric Locking Collar Type

Insert bearings consist of a single-row, deep groove ball bearing that has a spherical outside diameter and extended inner ring. These heavy duty bearings mount in pillow block housings, take-up units or flanged housings. Eccentric locking collar type provides locking for one-directional applications. On one side of the bearing inner ring is an eccentric extension that fits the locking collar. Dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion. Bearings are sealed and lubricated for life for easy maintenance. The self-aligning ability, in all directions, of the bearing inserts can compensate for slight static mis-alignment of the shaft.
