Bearing Unit, Cast Iron, Square Flange, Medium Duty, Setscrew Type

Square flange bearing bearing units are the most widely used flange type units and can be mounted on the side walls of machinery and similar using four bolts. Featuring a one-piece cast iron housing the construction around the bearing is simple and easy to mount. Units are prelubricated and designed to slip fit on to the shaft. Setscrew type fixed to the shaft by means of the setscrews prepared in the wide inner ring. Dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion. Medium duty housing accommodates a larger bearing for a given shaft size. The unit is supplied with a grease fitting for relubrication. Available from BMG in a range of different sizes.
