Bearing Unit, Cast Iron, Oval Flange, Setscrew Type

Oval flange bearing units have oval flanges which can be easily installed onto a machine with two bolts. This type of bearing unit is suitable where mounting space is limited or where it is necessary to minimize the distance between shafts. Featuring a one-piece cast iron housing the distance between bolt holes of an oval flange type is generally equal to the distance between bolt holes diagonal position of square flange type. Dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion. Setscrew type fixed to the shaft by means of the setscrews prepared in the wide inner ring. The unit is supplied with a grease fitting for relubrication. Available from BMG in a range of different sizes.
