Flange bracket bearing units have three set holes on only one side of the flange. They are used where mounting space is limited and prohibit the use of a two bolt or four bolt unit. Featuring a one-piece cast iron housing they are designed to support the shaft and loads perpendicular to the bearing mounting surface. Dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion. The housing can be fixed on one side only. Setscrew type fixed to the shaft by means of the setscrews prepared in the wide inner ring. The unit is supplied with a grease fitting for relubrication.
